PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Villa Cavalli is a villa with private swimming pool in Le Marche region in Vallefoglia, a town located a few km from the beaches of Pesaro and the treasures of Urbino. Thanks to its peculiar position guests can visit the main attractions and beauties of the region, from the Adriatic coast to Le Marche hills, passing through the characteristic historic villages. The property offers a large garden with centuries-old olive trees and a porch with barbecue area equipped for al fresco dining. During the stay it is possible to admire the owner’s horses, one of his main passions and recurring theme in the furnishings. The pool is with salt water.
The villa is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with large windows and TV area, kitchen, bathroom with shower and laundry area. On the same level there is another living room with double sofa bed, a twin bedroom (joinable beds on request) with en suite bathroom with shower and a twin bedroom. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor where there is a study area, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower. From the study area and from one of the double bedrooms it is possible to access a shaded terrace.

Tourist tax: to pay directly to the owner of the house if due

The town of Vallefoglia is located in the province of Pesaro and Urbino in Le Marche region. The territory is characterized by typical productions including oil, wine and cheese. Moreover, it boasts a strategic position being at the center of the best attractions of the area where many events take place throughout the year. To name a few, it is possible to reach Pesaro, the seat of the Rossini Opera Festival and a well-known seaside resort; Urbino, the center of the Italian Renaissance as well as a UNESCO heritage site and Fano, famous for one of the oldest carnivals in Italy. Montefabbri, listed among the most beautiful villages in Italy is also worth a visit.
We had an absolutely amazing week! The house was big with good AC and the pool was amazing – very big with good sunbeds on the side and a relax area with shadow. We had booked a chef to cook on day and ended with chef for four days.. Delicious food and very Nice people.. It was a mix of four courses, simple cousine (eg pizza) og something to heat for the next day (eg lasagne).. Supermarked close by and exellent communication with renting company and the owner.. So – if you want to stress down, enjoy the Sun and just “Easy Living”, go here!
Malgré une réservation à la dernière minute, l’agence DH villas ainsi que le propriétaire Vitorrio se sont rendus plus que disponible.La gentillesse et la prévenance de Vitorrio nous ont permis de passer de superbes vacances dans la villa Cavalli.Un cadre parfait!
We had a wonderful time and magical evenings at Villa Cavalli. The house is spacious and located peacefully and quiet not far from Urbino, Pesaro and Rimini. The owner Vittorio was very friendly and welcoming. Can totally recommend.
