The first villa features on the ground floor a large open-plan living area with kitchen and dining area, lounge with TV, a guest bathroom and a laundry room. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower, a twin bedroom, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The second villa has a similar layout, with a spacious open-plan ground floor including a kitchen, dining area, lounge with TV, a guest bathroom and a laundry room. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower, two additional double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Both houses are equipped with air conditioning and mosquito screens on all windows. The outdoor area of the villa is under video surveillance; the service can be deactivated upon request.
