ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES – Villa Tea is a cozy private villa with swimming pool in Le Marche region. It is located just 2 km from the town center of Urbania, an ideal starting point for hiking or bike excursions and a famous center for the production of ceramic art. The villa is suitable for families or large groups who can enjoy their privacy thanks to the large interior spaces. The porch and swimming pool with Roman steps and whirlpool are the perfect shelter on hot summer days. Guests have access to a large panoramic garden and equipped outdoor areas.

Layout

The structure is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a large living room with fireplace and direct access to the porch, professional kitchen, service bathroom; with independent access from the outside bedroom with French bed and private bathroom with accessible shower. An external staircase leads to the first floor consisting of a living room with fireplace, five double bedrooms and bedroom with French bed, all with private bathroom with shower. Upon request double bedrooms can be set as twin bedrooms.

Events

The National Festival of Befana in Urbania is one of the most popular events of this kind in Le Marche and Italy. During the days before Epiphany, the historic center of the city is enlivened by parades of befanas, shows, dances, food stands and the descent of the Befana from the Bell Tower at the end of each day. On the final day of the festival there’s an impressive fireworks display. In mid-September there is the food event Sagra del Crostolo, which is a local specialty based on flour, water, milk and lard, stuffed with cooked vegetables, meats and cheese. In the stands you can also taste Le Marche typical wines and craft beers. The event is accompanied by shows, music, games for children and a competition for the preparation of crostolo.
