PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Villa Rossini is a charming villa with private pool in Le Marche, just at few minutes from the Adriatic coast and the city centre of Pesaro. Immersed in a beautiful private park, the villa has been restored keeping intact the architectural dictates of the local rural aristocracy. This seventeenth-century structure, decorated with great care by the owners using family furniture and memories, offers the guests a cosy and intimate atmosphere. The accommodation consists on a greater portion of the farmhouse and is characterized by a particular organization of the interiors. The outside area, protected by thick vegetation and the large swimming pool are perfect to spend sunny summer days in complete relax. The vacation house borders on a property which has a completely independent entrance, not compromising the guests’ privacy. Garden and pool are for exclusive use. The property is entirely fenced-in.
The villa is set on two levels. The ground floor is composed of a an ample living room with fireplace, dining room with fireplace, kitchen, laundry area with bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is a nice study with double sofa bed, a wide double bedroom, walk-in wardrobe and private bathroom with shower and bathtub, a double bedroom with private bathroom with bathtub, a double bedroom with private bathroom with bathtub and shower and a double room with two single beds.

In Pesaro there are lots of events for all needs. The most famous one is the Rossini Opera Festival, which is held every year in August and attracts many opera followers from around the world. At the end of June, there is also the International Festival of the New Cinema (Mostra Internazionale del Nuovo Cinema), gathering films from unknown countries and authors. For children, in mid-June there is the White Midnight (la Mezzanotte Bianca) with games, shows and fun. Pesaro is also home to the Adriatic Arena and an exhibition center for concerts, conferences and conventions. Of great interest for visitors the local street markets and fairs, such as the fair of St. Nicola in September, the Port festival on the first Sunday of July and the Antiques market held every third Sunday of the month. Real shopaholic cannot miss the so called Stradomenica, an event held every third Sunday of each month.
Tutto perfetto come sempre! L’unico difetto di Villa Rossini è che si sta talmente bene che non si esce mai! Non mancherò di ricontattarvi x le prossime vacanze. Grazie ancora per la vostra gentilezza e reattività costanti.
Unser Urlaub in der Villa Rossini 10 war toll. Alles hat bestens geklappt. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir freundlich begrüßt und durften eine Stunde vor dem eigentlichen Check-In den großen Pool benutzen, der uns allen am besten gefallen hat. Das Haus war mit seinem Jahrhundertwendeflair einfach super. Besonders hervorzuheben ist für mich, dass jedes Zimmer über ein eigenes Badezimmer verfügt hat. Den Kindern und auch uns Erwachsenen wird dieser Urlaub als sehr erholsam in Erinnerung bleiben, weil man ohne großen Aufwand alles gleich vor der Haustüre findet. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen. Vielen Dank! Toller Service!
Very charming antique Villa with wonderful Interieur and Flair. We were 2 families with Kids and friends and had a great time in this property with the fantastic garden, huge pool and cosy kitchen. It’s like staying with a friends house…
