Description
PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Villa Petra is a charming private villa with pool in Le Marche set on a panoramic position within the Park of Gola del Furlo. The structure has been recently built and is located at a short distance from renowned tourist destinations such as Urbino and Gubbio and beach resorts as Fano and Pesaro. It is the perfect solution to enjoy the peace of the countryside being in close contact with nature. The property is entirely fenced-in and surrounded by a wide garden with pool. Guests can also benefit of a porch equipped with tables, chairs and sofas, ideal for al fresco dinners and relaxation.
Layout
The villa is on two levels. On the ground floor there is a living room-kitchen with direct exit to the porch, bathroom with bath and closet with laundry area. An internal staircase leads to the first floor consisting of two double bedrooms, a bedroom with the single beds (bunk beds + single bed) and bathroom with shower. It is possible to add a pouf (single bed) in one of the double bedrooms.

Events
Acqualagna is known as the Capital of fresh truffle all year long. Acqualagna hosts three different fairs throughout the year: that of Black Truffle in February, that of Black Summer Truffle in August and finally, the most important one dedicated to White Truffle, which takes place since 1965 between the end of October and the first three weekends of November (Saturday and Sunday). The main square of the town is set up with stands selling fresh truffes, fresh and dried mushrooms, truffle sauces and oils. There are also food and drink specialties from all over Italy, handicrafts and stands to taste dishes based on truffle.

Review of Villa Petra 8
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Villa Petra. Das Haus liegt ruhig und ab vom Schuss – das kann blöd sein, wenn man Pizza bestellen möchte, für uns war es aber genau richtig zum Runterkommen. Und wer doch mal Trubel braucht ist trotzdem schnell im nächsten Ort oder in 40 Minuten am Meer. Unser Highlight: der sonnige, private Pool mit Blick ins Land und das Geräusch von Eulen in der Nacht. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, ist modern und sauber. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war schnell und einfach. Wir kommen gerne wieder 🙂

Superbe villa de vacances. On s’y sent directement chez soi. Endroit incroyable, vue magnifique. Très bien équipée et propre. Le propriétaire est très serviable et disponible en cas de questions.
Le chemin pour y arriver est une route avec de gros cailloux mais on s’y habitue :). Nous avons découvert Le Marche et avons envie d’y retourner.
Stupenda villa per le vacanze. Ti senti come a casa. Posto incredibile, vista meravigliosa. Bene attrezzata e pulita. Il proprietario è molto disponibile in caso di domande.
La strada per arrivarci è una strada con grosse pietre ma ci si abitua :). Abbiamo scoperto le Marche e vogliamo tornarci.

We hadden een geweldig verblijf in Villa Petra. Een heerlijk huis, prachtige omgeving, fijn zwembad. We hebben ons er thuis gevoeld en genoten van het verblijf. We hadden vooral heel goed contact met de eigenaar van het huis Alessandro. Hij reageerde pro-actief en snel, zeer prettig.

De villa is prachtig gelegen in het Furlo nationaal park, midden de natuur, je hoort enkel het geluid van de vogels. Prachtig zwembad met uitzicht op de weidse omgeving. Goed uitgeruste keuken, alles is aanwezig om te koken. Enige minpuntje is misschien de hobbelige weg naar de villa. Supermarkt en restaurants zijn gelegen In Acqualagna op ongeveer 9 km afstand.

Beste Nancy, bedankt voor je feedback! We zijn blij om te weten dat je een positieve ervaring hebt gehad in onze villa. Vanwege de zeer rustige ligging in een natuurpark is het laatste stuk weg naar de villa onverhard. Zoals aangegeven op de kaart, bevinden alle nuttige voorzieningen zich op ongeveer 7 km van de villa. Ik hoop je snel een dag te zien in onze villa!

Vom Haus mit großem Grundstück – in nahezu Alleinlage – hat man einen wunderbaren Weitblick in die Umgebung. Alles ist sehr gepflegt, stilvoll eingerichtet und vor allem sauber. Geschirr und Besteck ist mehr als ausreichend vorhanden.
Der Pool ist ein perfekter Ort die Seele baumeln zu lassen und zu entspannen.
Die Umgebung bietet ausreichend Möglichkeiten für Besichtigungen und Wanderungen.
Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und Alessandro stand immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.
Aus unserer Sicht ein perfektes Haus für Familien und alle, die gerne in schöner Landschaft ausspannen wollen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Das Haus ist gross und schön, eine moderne und breite Treppe führt ins obere Stockwerk. Die Küche hat alles was man benötigt. Der Pool ist gross und mit den breiten Stufen ideal für Kinder. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Um den Pool wächst Gras, Liegestühle und eine Lounge-Sitzecke runden den Wohlfühlfaktor ab. Es hat genügend Platz um das Haus, zum Herumtollen für Kinder. Eine Aussen-Sitzgruppe mit Tisch ergänzt das Angebot.
Alles war sehr sauber und tiptop, einzig die Dusche war eng und ist für Übergewichtige etwas mühsam. Die Eigentümer, Alessandro und Familie waren sehr nett und der Kontakt via Internet war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Villa Petra is a truly wonderful holiday villa with a lovely garden and a pool with an amazing view. Alessandro is a very kind and helpful host and we received an especially warm welcome by Sara upon our arrival. There is so much to see and do in the area you’ll be spoiled for choice. Villa Petra is highly recommended!

Review of Villa Petra 8
After a warming welcome, we have stayed during a week at Villa Petra. The villa is very charming and full-equipped. You will benefit from a wonderful view from the terrace and the swimming pool. The wonderful environment is very quiet. It is possible to start walking from the house or to join marked pathways at 5 minutes. Acqualagna is at 10 minutes by car. We will not hesitate to go back!

We spent 2 weeks at Villa Petra and could not have wished for a better holiday home. Villa Petra sits in a secluded spot with beautiful views. The house is very well appointed and the service we received from Auri and Alessandro was second to none. Thoroughly recommend.
