ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES – Villa Patrizia is a private villa with swimming pool in Tuscany, a few km from the village of San Casciano dei Bagni in the province of Siena. Located in the beautiful scenery of the Val d’Orcia and Val di Chiana, the farmhouse has been carefully renovated, preserving the typical features of local country houses and integrating them with elements of comfort. The villa is surrounded by a large garden with equipped areas for relaxation, pitches for gymnastics and children’s entertainment, including a large sandbox. The pool has practical entry stairs and a curved infinity side; the area is entirely fenced and closed by gates. A few meters from the villa, there is a charming cottage with a wood-fired oven, where the Chef organizes fun pizza parties, available as an extra service upon request. In total privacy from the villa there is another building where the owner lives and where the cooking school is located, reserved only for staying guests. Here you can take advantage of the chef service and cooking class. The property is entirely fenced.
The ground floor consists of a large dining room, kitchen, living room with TV, two double bedrooms with en suite bathroom with shower, twin bedroom, toilet. On this level with separate independent entrance from the garden there is a sitting room and two double bedrooms with en suite bathroom with shower.
A comfortable staircase leads to the first floor consisting of a spacious living room with a fireplace, Smart TV area, PS4 and family games, double bedroom with en suite bathroom with tub and hand shower, double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and a lovely covered terrace.

San Casciano dei Bagni stands on a hill in the beautiful scenario of Valdichiana in the province of Sien and it has been elected among the most charming borgos in Italy.
