ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES – Villa Palma is a wonderful private villa with pool in Le Marche recently renovated with high quality finishes. Although the building architecture is still that one of the typical country house of Le Marche, the interiors are characterized by a refined style with ample open spaces and simple, welcoming furniture. The property which is entirely fenced-in, stretches along a hillside and is surrounded by vineyards and green fields, with breathtaking views over the countryside. It is surrounded by a vast and well kept garden, rich in flowers and plants. Guests can benefit of a great salt water pool with Roman stairs entrance and two comfortable pergolas equipped with tables and chairs, perfect to enjoy pleasant moments of relax.
The villa is built on three levels. On the ground floor there is a spacious and well equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room, a large bathroom with whirlpool, shower and laundry area. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and two bathrooms with shower. On the second floor there’s a large double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Few meters away from the main house there is an annex with living room-kitchen and double sofa bed, a double bedroom and bathroom with shower.

There are three appointments you cannot miss when in Mogliano: the Good Friday commemoration, Mogliano 1744 and the Festival of Traditions. The first event has a religious nature and provides the historical representation of the Passion of the Christ thorugh the streets and squares of the town, from the Last Supper to the trial before Pontius Pilate, up to the Crucifixion finally followed by a religious procession. Mogliano 1744 is a historical event that recalls the arrival of soldiers troops of Maria Theresa of Austria in the spring of 1744, concluded with the organization of a large farewell procession through the streets of the country. Between the end of June and early July the borgo is faithfully rebuilt as it used to be in that time and hosts animations, acrobats, music, markets and parades. The Festival of Traditions is dedicated to the recovery of past habits and to environmental protection. It takes place in the river park Santa Croce during the last week of August, from Thursday to Sunday. Four days in which many ancient rural professions are brought back to life through the creation of handmade objects and exhibitions of old tractors, cars and vintage Vespa scooters. There will be food stands offering traditional local dishes and visitors could entertain themselves with various games, songs and dances.
Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub . Die Betreuung war im Vorfeld und Vorort sehr freundlich und gut. Die letzten Meter zur Villa sind etwas abenteuerlich und mit einem großen PKW / Bus nicht so einfach. Sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden.
Das Ferienhaus, besonders auch der Garten mit dem Pool, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war alles sehr sauber, gepflegt und großzügig. Wir sind eine Familie mit vier Kindern von 10 bis 15 Jahren und einem Hund. Alle hatten wir genügend Platz und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Das Haus hat drei Bäder. Davon ein sehr großes im Erdgeschoss mit Badewanne (Whirlpool) Dusche, Toilette, Bidet, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt und ist toll angelegt. Gerade Nachmittags konnte man den Schatten des alten Baumbestandes direkt am Pool nutzen. Die Liegen am Pool sind wunderschön und bequem. Das Bett im Elternschlafzimmer war groß und sehr bequem. Wir haben bestens geschlafen. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Enttäuscht waren unsere Kinder, dass sie an dem großen Fernseher keine deutschen Programme fanden. Rund um das Haus gibt es mehrere schattige Sitzgelegenheiten mit Tischen. In Mogliano gibt es einen Supermarkt, Bäcker und ein paar kleine Restaurants. In der näheren Umgebung fanden wir auch ein paar sehr gut ausgestatteten Supermärkte zum Einkaufen.
