PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Villa Micol is a stunning private villa with swimming pool located in Le Marche region, set in the enchanting surroundings of the San Bartolo Natural Park, just 3 km from the sea. The villa offers a panoramic view of the Adriatic and guarantees comfort and relaxation for the whole family, including children and pets. The garden, covering more than 800 m², features an outdoor dining area, a brick barbecue, and a play area, while the saltwater pool, divided into two sections, includes a hydromassage area and a shallow zone designed for the safety of younger guests.
The surrounding area is ideal for nature lovers who enjoy walking or cycling along the Bicipolitana, the city’s network of scenic bike paths. Within minutes, you can reach Pesaro’s sandy beaches and its lively historic center—a city rich in museums, Renaissance palaces, villas, ancient churches, and the renowned Teatro Rossini, which every August hosts the much-anticipated Rossini Opera Festival dedicated to the world of opera. In a short drive, you can also visit the historic ducal city of Urbino, the charming villages of Gradara, Candelara, and Fiorenzuola di Focara, and even the Republic of San Marino. Among the experiences not to be missed are those that celebrate the flavors and aromas of Pesaro’s culinary tradition: vineyard tastings, seafood lunches on a boat, and sunset aperitifs with your feet in the sand. Be sure to try the famous Pizza Rossini, passatelli with fish sauce, and tagliatelle with beans, a symbolic dish of the region’s rural heritage.
The villa is on the ground floor and consists of a living room with fireplace and dining area, equipped kitchen, four double bedrooms, one with an additional bunk bed and two bathrooms with shower. The living room and kitchen overlook a perimeter veranda protected by large windows, where there is a further dining area and relaxation corner with sofas and smart TV; from here you directly access both the pool area and the garden. An internal staircase leads to the lower floor composed of bathroom with shower and laundry area. A large free and private car park is available inside the property, which is entirely fenced.

In Pesaro there are lots of events for all needs. The most famous one is the Rossini Opera Festival, which is held every year in August and attracts many opera followers from around the world. At the end of June, there is also the International Festival of the New Cinema (Mostra Internazionale del Nuovo Cinema), gathering films from unknown countries and authors. For children, in mid-June there is the White Midnight (la Mezzanotte Bianca) with games, shows and fun. Pesaro is also home to the Adriatic Arena and an exhibition center for concerts, conferences and conventions. Of great interest for visitors the local street markets and fairs, such as the fair of St. Nicola in September, the Port festival on the first Sunday of July and the Antiques market held every third Sunday of the month. Real shopaholic cannot miss the so called Stradomenica, an event held every third Sunday of each month.
