PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Villa Lara is a seaside villa with pool located in Marina di Ragusa, in the southern coast of Sicily. The villa is part of a housing complex in a peaceful area at a short distance to the centre and beaches. Moreover, it has a favourable position to easily travel by car and visit the tourist sights of the Val di Noto. At about 12 km there are the golf courses of the Donnafugata Resort Spa. The property is completed by a mediterranean garden and a salt water pool. There’s a comfortable porch with tables, chairs and outdoor kitchen perfect to eat and relax. Guests can benefit of a parking space for 2 cars.
The villa is composed of a large and bright living room with kitchen with direct exit to the porch, a double bedroom with walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with bathtub, two bedrooms with twin beds and direct access to the garden, a bathroom with shower and a laundry area.

Consumption flat rate: Euro 20 per day (to pay on spot)
Tourist tax: Euro 1,00 per person/ day for people over 12 years old, up to a maximum of 15 days

The area of Val di Noto, in the southeast part of Sicily, is rich in beautiful landscapes, among which the Natural Reserve of Irminio river, as well as in baroque style monuments and archaeological findings, such as the acropolis of Ragusa Ibla. Other close important sights are Santa Croce Camerina, Donnalucata and Scicli and Punta Secca, which has become famous thanks to the Italian TV series ‘Il commissario Montalbano’. The seafront Andrea Doria offers a 2 km cycle and pedestrian path with lots of bars, restaurants and ice-cream parlors to taste the traditional sicilian cuisine. Beaches are free or even equipped with many facilities; beyond the tourist port there are also rocky beaches which are less crowded.
