ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES – Villa Grimano is a private villa with swimming pool in Le Marche region in Monte Grimano Terme. Its strategic position gives the opportunity to quickly reach the charming borgos of Le Marche hinterland as well as the beach resorts of the Romagna Riviera such as Rimini, Riccione and Cattolica and the Republic of San Marino, on which the property gives a breathtaking view from both the house and the garden. The villa has been recently built and furnished combining elements of contemporary design with antique furniture and traditional local materials, that recreate an intimate and welcoming atmosphere. The fully fenced property is surrounded by greenery and offers a panoramic fenced swimming pool, with a hydromassage area. The attentive service offered by the owners allows guests to enjoy upon request excellent daily breakfasts, cooking classes and private chef service.
The structure is on two levels. On the ground floor there is a large and bright porch closed by windows with a relaxation area, fireplace and dining tables. The living area consists of a living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower. On this level there is also a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. A masonry staircase leads to the first floor consisting of two double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, bathroom with shower. In the basement there is a relaxation area with turkish bath, jacuzzi and private bathroom with shower. Two single beds can be added upon request.

Monte Grimano Terme is a small village located in the province of Pesaro and Urbino, in the Montefeltro area, on the border with Le Marche, Emilia Romagna and the Republic of San Marino. An excellent starting point for excursions in the nature, this country is known for its thermal springs with mineral waters attracting visitors all year round. A few kilometers outside the center there is the astronomical observatory Monte San Lorenzo, away from light pollution and therefore perfect for observing the night sky. Art and culture lovers can reach the city of Urbino with the majestic Palazzo Ducale, the republic of San Marino and the small village of San Leo with its famous fortress. Those ones who prefer beaches can reach Rimini, Riccione or Cattolica in just 30 km driving and experience the fun and summer events on the Romagna Riviera. Local cuisine in Monte Grimano includes typical dishes of both Le Marche and Romagna traditions, in particular crescia sfogliata, truffle, homemade pasta and cold cuts. Among the events dedicated to food there is the Black Truffle Festival of the Conca Valley in July, the festival of meat La Buona Carne del Montefeltro in August and the Festival of Pasta and Gourmets in September.
Ein tolles Haus mit einer fantastischen Aussicht auf das nahe San Marino und die Adria bei Rimini. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat seinen eigenen Stil und sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Stereoanlage über die man seine Musik am Pool, am Essplatz unter der Eiche oder im Haus hören kann, ist der Hit. Jedes Zimmer hat einen Smart-TV. Im Untergeschoss befindet sich für schlechtere Tage ein türkisches Bad. Im riesigen Garten gibt es Feigen-, Apfel- und Birnenbäume neben den Olivenbäumen. Und on top noch die beiden Gastgeber Christian und Giacomo, die mit ihren Tipps den Aufenthalt zu einem unvergesslichem Erlebnis machen.
