PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Villa Giotto is a seaside villa located in the Amalfi Coast, surrounded by a well groomed roof garden. The property of about 100 square metres is independent and has two panoramic terraces overlooking the entire coast. Being located in a central position in the town of Praiano, it allow its guests to live the coast fully, alternating visits to the famous beach La Praia with sea excursions on board of the famous local boat – the so called Gozzo. The villa can be reached on foot from the parking area, going up through a public pedestrian path of about 200 metres and a flight of about 15 steps. At the guests’disposal a private car park available at additional fee.

Layout

The villa is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a wide living room with fireplace, a double sofa bed and direct access to the garden, dining area, kitchen with access to the outdoor patio, two double bedrooms with sea view and a bathroom with shower. Through an external staircase you can reach the upper floor composed of a double bedroom with access to the terrace with sea view, bathroom with shower and a wide terrace with solarium.

In the enchanting setting of the Amalfi Coast, summer in Praiano is full of events linked to culture, tradition and territory. The most ancient celebration is the Luminaria di San Domenico which is held between the end of July and the beginning of August. For four days the terraces, windows, gardens, streets and all the houses of the town are lighted by fascinating wax lights, giving a unique atmosphere. The event ends with a procession and Holy Mass. From May to October, music and hiking lovers can take part in the event I suoni degli Dei (Sounds of the Gods). Each meeting includes a medium difficulty walking tour along the Sentiero degli Dei, one of the most famous itineraries in the world. Concerts take place in these enchanting locations with music performers of various kinds. Summer events also include entertainment and fun in the town squares both for children and their families with shows, folks music concerts and dances.
