PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Villa Flavia is an imposing private villa with swimming pool in Le Marche region located in Filottrano, a town perched on a hill surrounded by the green countryside and not far from the sea. The location is strategic for a relaxing holiday full of itineraries to discover the most beautiful places in the region, including the Conero Riviera, Ancona, Loreto and Recanati. Characterized by the presence of a suggestive tower, this villa is designed to accommodate large groups, thanks to the large interior spaces, a panoramic swimming pool with drinking water and outdoor areas equipped for al fresco dining. The property is completely fenced.
Main entrance is through a charming tower. On the ground floor there is a large living room with dining table, fireplace and TV corner; here you can access the outdoor area and garden. On the same floor there is a professional kitchen, accessible toilet, bathroom with shower, three double bedrooms with en suite bathroom with shower, one of which is suitable for disabled people. On the first floor there is a small panoramic terrace, a double bedroom and bunk bed with en suite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with double sofa bed and en suite bathroom with shower. This floor leads to the tower consisting of a small study, bathroom with shower and a mezzanine floor with a double bedroom accessible via a wooden staircase. Outside there is a completely independent dependance, consisting of kitchen with dining area, two double bedrooms with en suite bathroom with shower.

Filottrano is a town in Le Marche region in the province of Ancona. Characterized by a hill position overlooking the sea and the mountains, it has a well-preserved historic center and walking through the streets you can admire squares, ancient palaces and churches with valuable frescoes. Traditions, folklore and good food are the protagonists of the festivals and fairs in the summer months; in July the Threshing Festival is held, whereas in August the famous historical re-enactment of the Contesa dello Stivale takes place. It is a relay race between the city districts with parades, flag-wavers and itinerant shows. During the winter, re-enactments and nativity scenes are organized in various points of the historic center, so much that the town is also called the ‘Nativity City’. An important reference for the National and International textile industry, Filottrano produces haute couture dresses that can be purchased in the numerous company outlets. Do not miss the itineraries in the Monte Conero park and its beautiful beaches.
Die Villa Flavia in den Marken mit ihren vielen Zimmern und Badezimmern ist der perfekte Ort um auszuspannen. Der Pool ist wunderschön und sehr sauber. Der Hausmeister ist sehr freundlich, und die Kommunikation mit DH Villas war ausgezeichnet. Die abgeschiedene Lage und der Ausblick waren grandios. Wir waren siebzehn Leute, und haben die eine Woche sehr genossen. Wenn es etwas zu bemängeln gäbe, dann nur, dass zwei Sonnenschirme für siebzehn Leute nicht ausreichend waren. Vier wären perfekt.

It is a lovely villa with excellent facilities. It is all very spacious, modern and tasteful. The kitchen is very well equiped for large groups with professional devices, lots of tableware, pans etc. The bedrooms are perfect, all with seperate bathrooms. The outdoor area is beautiful with nice views over the hills of le Marche. The swimmingpool is fantastic. The road to the villa is a bit bumby (2,4km unpaved road). An outstanding location for a stay in le Marche!
Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in der Villa Flavia! Die Villa ist perfekt für einen Urlaub mit vielen Personen, jedes Zimmer hat sein eigenes Bad, man hat eine große Küche & Aufenthaltsbereich! Auch draußen viele Plätze, an denen man es sich gemütlich machen kann! Lediglich die Kommunikation mit dem Hausmeister war etwas schwierig, da er nur Italienisch spricht. Ansonsten wirklich eine tolle Unterkunft! Nur zu empfehlen!
