ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES – Villa Design is an elegant private villa with pool in Le Marche. The property is immersed in a green landscape overlooking the suggestive town of Pergola which is only few km distant. This accommodation is the perfect solution for relaxing holidays in close contact with nature, while being at a very short distance from main services and amenities. The villa preserves its antique rural architecture combined with a refined modern taste given by the selected comfortable furniture. The property is entirely gated and includes a large and well groomed garden with salt water pool with Roman stairs and adjoining gazebo with panoramic view, perfect to take shelter during summer days. Guests can also benefit of a comfortable porch equipped with tables, chairs and sofas to eat all together and relax. On request it is possible to organize dinners and wine tastings directly in the villa with a chef.
The villa is set on two levels. On the ground floor it is composed of a living room-kitchen with single sofa bed and direct access to the porch, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, double bedroom with bunk bed and ensuite bathroom with tub, bathroom with shower and washing machine, double bedroom. Downstairs there is a large kitchen and living room with direct access to the outside, bathroom with shower.

Throughout the year you can taste excellent truffle, to which is dedicated the Fair of White Truffle in the month of October, which has become national since 2013. As a drink, cannot miss a glass of Pergola DOC, a wine of ancient origins which in 2005 gained the registered designation of origin in its versions of red wine, young wine and passito. During the last weekend of July takes place in the historical centre of the town the Wine Festival with tastings, open cellars, entertainment, music and lots of fun. Another typical local product is Vino di Visciole (Sour Cherry Wine), also known as Visner, Visciolì or Visciolata. During the days before the Immaculate Conception another great event enliven the historic centre: the Christmas CioccoVisciola. It is a festival dedicated both to chocolate and visciolata with exhibitors of high quality chocolate products, Christmas pastries, Visciolata and many street shows to entertain the visitors. In the month of August local organisations organise the Medieval evening event, with taverns set up according to the style of that period, parades, battles, scenes of medieval life and travelling shows.
The villa is set in a fabulous decor! everything meets the photos, there are no unpleasant surprises. we enjoyed the cleanliness of the house and the cordial welcome when we arrived. The fridge and the dishwasher are rather for two and really too small for six or eight people The overall judgment: 5 Special thanks to Alessandra for her disponibility and reactivity!

Il nostro soggiorno presso la villa è stato molto piacevole: il contesto è molto tranquillo e la villa è perfetta. L’abbiamo trovata come ci è stata descritta dall’agenzia perciò niente brutte sorprese ma un ambiente molto curato ed elegante. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la gentilezza dei proprietari e la disponibilità del custode che puntualmente ogni mattina si occupa della manutenzione del prato e della piscina. Sicuramente un alloggio da raccomandare. Giudizio complessivo 5/5.
