ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES – Villa Design is an elegant private villa with pool in Le Marche. The property is immersed in a green landscape overlooking the suggestive town of Pergola which is only few km distant. This accommodation is the perfect solution for relaxing holidays in close contact with nature, while being at a very short distance from main services and amenities. The villa preserves its antique rural architecture combined with a refined modern taste given by the selected comfortable furniture. The property is entirely gated and includes a large and well groomed garden with salt water pool with Roman stairs and adjoining gazebo with panoramic view, perfect to take shelter during summer days. Guests can also benefit of a comfortable porch equipped with tables, chairs and sofas to eat all together and relax. On request it is possible to organize dinners and wine tastings directly in the villa with a chef.
The villa is set on two levels. On the ground floor it is composed of a living room-kitchen with single sofa bed and direct access to the porch, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, double bedroom with bunk bed and ensuite bathroom with tub, bathroom with shower and washing machine, double bedroom. Downstairs there is a large kitchen and living room with direct access to the outside, bathroom with shower.

Throughout the year you can taste excellent truffle, to which is dedicated the Fair of White Truffle in the month of October, which has become national since 2013. As a drink, cannot miss a glass of Pergola DOC, a wine of ancient origins which in 2005 gained the registered designation of origin in its versions of red wine, young wine and passito. During the last weekend of July takes place in the historical centre of the town the Wine Festival with tastings, open cellars, entertainment, music and lots of fun. Another typical local product is Vino di Visciole (Sour Cherry Wine), also known as Visner, Visciolì or Visciolata. During the days before the Immaculate Conception another great event enliven the historic centre: the Christmas CioccoVisciola. It is a festival dedicated both to chocolate and visciolata with exhibitors of high quality chocolate products, Christmas pastries, Visciolata and many street shows to entertain the visitors. In the month of August local organisations organise the Medieval evening event, with taverns set up according to the style of that period, parades, battles, scenes of medieval life and travelling shows.
Wir verbrachten ganze 4 Wochen in dem Haus von Antonio und es war wunderbar. Das Grundstück mit angrenzendem Pool war für uns fast magisch. Überall Plätze an denen man im Schatten oder in der Sonne verweilen konnte. Jeden Tag an einem anderen Fleckchen Garten bei absoluter Ruhe. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und so konnte unser Hund auch den ganzen Tag im Freien genießen. Die umliegenden Orte sind keine Touristenhighlights, sondern wunderbar original und nicht überlaufen. Es gibt in nächster Umgebung alles einzukaufen und auch wirklich kleine Schätzchen an Restaurants. Antonio, seine Familie und Mitarbeiter sind wahnsinnig freundlich und kümmern sich extrem gut um alle Belange des Hauses und sind jederzeit bei Fragen oder kleineren Problemen erreichbar. Jede Woche kommt das Housekeeping und bezieht die Betten und bringt frische Handtücher. Der Müll wird alle 2 Tage (!) abgeholt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht. Ein paar bequemere Loungemöbel wären noch das Tüpfelchen auf dem I. Wir verbringen selten zweimal an einem Ort unseren Urlaub, aber hier könnten wir eine Ausnahme machen.
Mit 8 Erwachsenen und 4 kleinen Kindern haben wir in dieser schönen Villa mit hervorragendem Außenbereich unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.
Tolle Villa, toller Pool, Freundliche Gastgeber immer sofort erreichbar. Immer wieder weiter zu empfehlen.
We had a wonderfull stay of 11 days in September. This villa is about privacy because of the way the garden is designed, about enjoying every minute the sun shines because of the 2 well equiped terraces it has, about doggy heaven because it is fully fenced in so that we and our two dogs can play and relax without worrying that they can leave the premisses. The fully equiped kitchen downstairs is so big that you can easily prepare big family dinners and eat inside or outside. I especially enjoyed all the places you can sit down at in the garden. No reason to go inside during the evenings because the whole garden and swimmingpool are automaticly illuminated when the twilight comes.
On our arrival the owner had allready filled up the fridge with things to eat and drink the first day!
The house smells like a fresh breeze and everything is clean.
We will most certainly return to this paradise!
