In just a few minutes by car, you can explore picturesque towns like Cagli, Fossombrone, and Urbino, or head to the Adriatic coast to enjoy the beaches of Fano and Pesaro. The stone farmhouse exudes the authentic charm of a country home, with a relaxing and simple atmosphere. The villa is ideal for two families, who can rent the entire property as a single villa while still maintaining their own privacy, as it is divided into two completely independent units. The main apartment includes a kitchen with fireplace, a spacious living room (with the possibility of adding an extra bed), a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The second apartment, smaller in size, consists of a living room with a sofa bed (2 sleeps), kitchen, storage room, a bedroom with double bed and French bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. In the pool area, there is also a bathroom with shower and washing machine, convenient and functional for guests spending time outdoors.

Das Haus und das Grundstück sind sehr schön. Die Vermieter sind ebenfalls sehr, sehr nett.

Schönes altes Bauernhaus auf großzügigem Gelände. Gerade für Familien mit Kindern ist alles vorhanden. Pool, Tischtennisplatte, Tischfußball, Pizzaofen. Für unsere Kinder waren die Katzen und der Hühnerstall am anderen Ende des Geländes ein Highlight: jeden Morgen gab es frische Eier. Direkt angrenzend an Villa Colombia ist ein weiteres Ferienhaus.
Man bekommt aber nicht viel voneinander mit und hat auf jeden Fall seine Privatsphäre. Die Umgebung ist bergig und angenehm untouristisch.
Dennoch sind Highlights wie Urbino und Gubbio in 30-40 Minuten Autofahrt schnell erreichbar. Auch ein Abstecher zum Meer ist dank gut ausgebauter Schnellstraße ins schöne Fano in 45 Minuten leicht machbar und empfehlenswert. Die Bäder sind einfach aber zumindest für uns absolut ok. WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen!
We had a wonderful stay at the house! Beautiful view, well-equipped house: dishwasher, big refrigerator and freezer, oven, hair dryer etc., friendly owners, easy to reach, fresh towels every week (and some extra available), our children loved the cats and the chickens 🙂
Sehe sehr schönes Haus in einem wirklich sehr gepflegtem Zustand, der Pool makellos, die äusseren Anlagen sehr gepflegt und der Pizzaofen –> grandios. Alles zusammen genau so wie beschrieben oder gar besser.
Il soggiorno c/o la villa è stato molto piacevole, la struttura fantastica,più bella dal vivo che in foto. Il Sig. Beniamino ci ha accolto con grande disponibilità e simpatia, ci ha lasciato liberi tutta la settimana nella gestione vacanza,con la massima fiducia.
