PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Villa Colombaia is a villa with private pool in Le Marche at about 400 meters above sea level. This stone country house overlooks the mountains of Le Marche hinterland, offering breathtaking views over the valley. This farmhouse still keeps the atmosphere of a family home, offering all comforts and calm for a reinvigorating stay in deep contact with nature and local traditions of nearby towns and villages rich in history and art. The property is surrounded by a large garden with many outdoor living areas with tables and chairs. In addition, at the guests’disposal a porch with table and wooden seats and a panoramic irregularly shaped pool.
Great solution for two families as it gives the possibility to rent together a property while keeping one’s privacy, being the villa divided into two completely separate units. The main apartment has a kitchen with fireplace, a large living room (with the possibility to add an extra bed), a double bedroom with small toilet, a double bedroom, bathroom with shower. The second apartment, smaller than the main one, is composed of a living room with double sofa bed, a kitchen, an utility room, bedroom with double bed and French bed, a bathroom with shower. In the pool area is also present a bathroom with shower and washing machine, functional when spending your time in this part of the property.

Acqualagna is known as the Capital of fresh truffle all year long. Acqualagna hosts three different fairs throughout the year: that of Black Truffle in February, that of Black Summer Truffle in August and finally, the most important one dedicated to White Truffle, which takes place since 1965 between the end of October and the first three weekends of November (Saturday and Sunday). The main square of the town is set up with stands selling fresh truffes, fresh and dried mushrooms, truffle sauces and oils. There are also food and drink specialties from all over Italy, handicrafts and stands to taste dishes based on truffle.
Wir haben die Sommerferien 1 Woche in der Villa Colombaia verbracht und uns wunderbar erholt. Die grandiose Aussicht und die Gartenatmosphäre sind allein schon Garant für das Abtauchen aus dem Alltag hinein in die Erholung. Der Pool ist wie auf den Bildern beschrieben ebenfalls wunderbar für Wasserspaß zu nutzen. Die Bilder die von der Agentur übermittelt werden, entsprechen haargenau den Verhältnissen vor Ort. Im Haus selbst steht alles zur Verfügung was an Equipment/Geschirr für den Aufenthalt notwendig ist. Die Begrüßung durch Beniamino war sehr persönlich und fürsorglich.Die Gastgeschenke in Form von Wein, Sekt und Bier waren sehr großzügig und lecker. Die nahe Versorgung durch den Supermarkt ca. 5 km entfernt ist problemlos zu erreichen, die Anfahrt ist kurz vor der Villa über einen Schotterweg und eine kl. Anhöhe etwas herausfordernd. Oft gibt das Navi andere Wege an, wie in der Beschreibung übermittelt wurde, was zu speziellen Straßenverhältnissen führen kann (Feldwege und sehr unebene Flächen). Gerne hätten wir uns im Haus noch ein paar schriftliche Informationen zur ärztlichen Versorgung/Apotheke in der nahen Umgebung gewünscht, falls doch medizin. Betreuung notwendig ist. Für abends sollte man Mückenspray parat haben. Alles in allem haben wir die Zeit in der Villa sehr genossen und können die Wohlfühloase jederzeit weiterempfehlen
We had a great stay at villa Colombaia. Nice house, big enough for 8 people with an amazing view. Only thing that was missing is airco when tempartures went over the 30 degrees. We were able to cook some delicious pizzas also! Distance to most well know cities was just a bit too far in our opinion, but excellent location to enjoy the silence. We can highly recommend this stay
Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub! Die Eigentümer waren bei Problemen sofort behilflich. Die Villa hat viele schöne Sitzgelegenheiten, um die fantastische Aussicht zu genießen. Eine Pizza im eigenen Steinofen zuzubereiten war genial! Urbino und San Marino sind lohnenswerte Ziele, auch eine Wanderung oberhalb der Schlucht von Furlo ist wunderschön! Alles top!!!😀
