ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES – Casale Vigneto is a beautiful villa with private pool in Le Marche. It comes out from its owners’ passion for wine-producing as also witnessed by its name meaning ‘vineyard’, thus evoking the perfect combination between nature and flavours. Immersed in a beautiful and young vineyard, the farmhouse has been recently renovated. Although it still keeps the architecture of the traditional farmhouses of Le Marche, the structure shows a refined taste combined with the choice for comfortable and welcoming furniture. The property is surrounded by a large garden with great salt water pool with Roman stairs, overlooking the vineyard. Close to the pool area, there is a wide pergola to sit in the shade. Connected to the house living room there’s also a porch equipped with table and chairs for outdoor eating. In the premises, the owners have a wine cellar with the possibility of wine-tastings.
The farmhouse is set on two levels. on the ground floor there is a lovely living room with direct exit to the porch, a large kitchen, a dining area, a bathroom with shower and bath and a laundry area. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one with bath, a room with twin beds and a large bathroom with shower.

There are three appointments you cannot miss when in Mogliano: the Good Friday commemoration, Mogliano 1744 and the Festival of Traditions. The first event has a religious nature and provides the historical representation of the Passion of the Christ thorugh the streets and squares of the town, from the Last Supper to the trial before Pontius Pilate, up to the Crucifixion finally followed by a religious procession. Mogliano 1744 is a historical event that recalls the arrival of soldiers troops of Maria Theresa of Austria in the spring of 1744, concluded with the organization of a large farewell procession through the streets of the country. Between the end of June and early July the borgo is faithfully rebuilt as it used to be in that time and hosts animations, acrobats, music, markets and parades. The Festival of Traditions is dedicated to the recovery of past habits and to environmental protection. It takes place in the river park Santa Croce during the last week of August, from Thursday to Sunday. Four days in which many ancient rural professions are brought back to life through the creation of handmade objects and exhibitions of old tractors, cars and vintage Vespa scooters. There will be food stands offering traditional local dishes and visitors could entertain themselves with various games, songs and dances.

Die Menschen sind sehr nett.
Highlight ist natürlich der grosse und saubere Pool.

The house is lovely and fully equiped. The pool, patio and garden are very spacious and a dream.
We had a lovely time together in Mogliano. If you are looking for a small-town getaway this house is perfect. You really don’t need to leave the house once there. The house is charming, comfortable, super functional, and beautiful. The pool was a hit for the kids and the adults loved eating outside every night with gorgeous sunsets. It was also nice being next to the winery so that we could purchase bottles of wine when we ran out! When we needed anything all they were extremely responsive. The area is surrounded by beautiful hills of sunflowers (July timeframe). The local towns and beaches were lovely to visit if you do feel like getting out. Can’t say enough good things. We will be back for sure. Thank you!
