PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Casa Verde is a private holiday house with pool in Le Marche region, located in the calm countryside setting of San Ginesio. This town known as the balcony of Sibillini has been included in the list of the Most beautiful borgos in Italy and offers stunning views stretching from the Adriatic coast to the Sibillini mountains. The house has been recently renovated and stands out for its welcoming familiar atmosphere. It is surrounded by a wide garden with fruit trees and a private pool with panoramic view over the surrounding countryside. Guests can benefit of a porch with tables and chairs for al fresco dining and relaxing.
Layout
The villa is on two levels. On the first level there’s a living room with fireplace, a well equipped kitchen, double bedroom with exit to a small terrace, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower and toilet. From the outside you access to the lower floor composed of a bedroom with two single beds and direct exit to the garden, double bedroom and bathroom with shower and laundry area.

Events
Every year since 1970 during the week of Ferragosto takes place the Palio di San Ginesio, a historical re-enactment in which the four city districts compete in ancient games: crossbow shooting, archery, running and sword and the ring carousel. These days are accompanied by the traditional cuisine of Medievalia, with menus that include rich traditional dishes. The Battle of Fornarina is a re-enactment linked to an episode on the night of November 30th 1377. A young lady warned the local people of San Ginesio of an enemy attack, saving the country from a sure defeat. On this occasion the old Fair of Sant’Andrea also takes place, with Christmas markets, artistic crafts, shows, food&wine products. Every three years, the country recalls the Return of the Exiles, the history of 300 exiles for political reasons, which in 1450 were welcomed back to their homeland.

Review of Casa Verde 8
We loved the Villa from the beginning. The location is spectacular and the equipment was very tasteful and clean. We loved the little place outside for breakfast. We had a wonderful evening with a private cook and we used also the grill. The swimming pool was like an infinity pool with a great view.
We only used the two bedrooms upstairs, the two rooms downstairs (to the garden) you have to get used to them. In the evening, there were a lot of beetles. It is a house in the landscape. We had our dog with us, he also enjoyed the huge and beautiful garden
