PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Casa Tramonto is a seaside vacation house in the Amalfi Coast, in the town centre of Praiano. It has a simple and essential style, enriched by characteristic arches and tiled floors. It is located in a very strategic position with a panoramic view over the sea and at a close distance to the main services. The accommodation of about 80 square metres is bright and offers two well equipped terraces. The access can be through 70 steps approximately which alternate to a path, or from the main road through 200 steps. At the guests’disposal a private car park available at additional fee.

Layout

The house is composed by a living room with double sofa bed (suitable for children up to 3 years old) and direct exit to an equipped terrace, kitchen, two double bedrooms both with access to a terrace and one with ensuite bathroom with shower, bathroom with shower.

Events

In the enchanting setting of the Amalfi Coast, summer in Praiano is full of events linked to culture, tradition and territory. The most ancient celebration is the Luminaria di San Domenico which is held between the end of July and the beginning of August. For four days the terraces, windows, gardens, streets and all the houses of the town are lighted by fascinating wax lights, giving a unique atmosphere. The event ends with a procession and Holy Mass. From May to October, music and hiking lovers can take part in the event I suoni degli Dei (Sounds of the Gods). Each meeting includes a medium difficulty walking tour along the Sentiero degli Dei, one of the most famous itineraries in the world. Concerts take place in these enchanting locations with music performers of various kinds. Summer events also include entertainment and fun in the town squares both for children and their families with shows, folks music concerts and dances.
