PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Casa Polly is a lovely holiday house with pool in Le Marche, perfect to spend relaxing holidays enjoying the small pleasures of daily life, far from the stress and chaotic routine of big cities. Its peculiar location allows the guests to go into the absolute calm of nature while being within easy reach to the small historic towns and majour centres of Le Marche, a renowned region for its art and cooking traditions. The presence and discretion of the owners in the premises make this small but comfortable structure truly unique. At guests’ exclusive use a porch with table and chairs for outdoor eating and a private garden. A large pool with beautiful view over the surrounding hills is also present. The property is entirely fenced-in.

Events
Among the most relevant events organised in town, there is the Exhibition of Handicrafts, Antiques and Art restoration which is held every year in the centre of Pollenza. For two weeks in July, the town becomes a real showcase with workshops of cabinetmakers and antique shops open until late at night. On this occasion you can taste many typical dishes from Le Marche in the various food stands of the historic centre. In late June there’s the famous Palio di San Giovanni, during which the various districts compete in ancient folk games such as the break of the pine cone, the sack race and much more. There are also festivals linked to local products, such as Cantine e Castagnata a Pollenza. All cellars of the town are open to visitors for the tasting of local wines and cold cuts, cheese, cornmeal mush, chestnuts and any sort of sweet. Live concerts of folk bands, jugglers, acrobats and any kind of entertainment for all ages are organised. The town of Pollenza also proposes theatre shows such as works of prose, plays, concerts and musicals. During the summer months there are also art exhibitions.

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Woche Urlaub bei die zwei nettesten Menschen den wir getroffen haben Wilma und Renzo verbracht,das Haus sehr schön und sehr sauber ,auch das Pool war sehr schön,

Herrliche, sehr ruhige Lage, perfekt zum Abschalten. Allerdings muss jeder Weg mit dem Auto erledigt werden und die Zufahrt ist für deutsche Verhältnisse schwierig.

Vennlige og hjelpsomt vertskap. Romslig, fine rom godt utstyrt kjøkken. Litt kaldt på tross av gulvoppvarming. Svært fin hage.

Très belle accueil par les propriétaires, ils sont toujours disponibles. Pendant notre séjour Vilma nous a préparé des pizzas. Très belle maison, pas de vis-à-vis. Merci encore pour les 3 semaines de vacances.

Das komplette Objekt entspricht der Beschreibung. Es ist absolut top sauber , gut eingerichtet und praktisch. Wilna und Renzo sind die nettesten und herzlichsten Vermieter die wir je erlebt haben. Ein kleines Manko war die fehlende Klimaanlage . Im Zeitraum den wir gebucht hatten war es extrem heiss. Dank der wirklich außergewöhnlichen Unterstützung der Eigentümer hatten wir das aber ab dem zweiten Tag im Griff. Die Lage ist abseits vom Trubel in den Feldern. Toller Pool und schönes Anwesen. Das Meer ist innerhalb 40 Minuten erreichbar und bietet schönste Möglichkeiten.

Wir hatten einen schönen Sommerurlaub bei Wilma und Renzo. Die beiden haben ihr Grundstück super gepflegt und mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Obwohl die Häuser dicht zusammen stehen, hatten wir unsere Privatsphäre. Im Haus ist alles da, was man für einnen schönen Urlaub braucht und das 1. Mal hatte ich eine Teekanne im Feriendomizil und noch eine sehr hübsche..Wilma hilft , wenn was fehlte.
Der Pool war toll mit einem genialen Blick. Vielen Dank an die Beiden.

Casa Polly ist ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus, in dem es an nichts fehlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Leider sprechen sie nur italienisch, so war unsere Kommunikation etwas schwierig, aber dennoch kein Problem. Zum Geburtstag unserer kleinen hat uns Wilma einen Kuchen gebacken und uns lauwarm schon zum Frühstück überreicht. Vielen Dank für alles.

We have genuinely loved our stay at Casa Polly, it’s beautiful, clean, well equipped, absolutely quiet, has lovely views and everything one needs for a perfect holiday! The swimming pool is of course great. Special thanks to Wilma and Renzo, they our great hosts, always willing to help, give information and always kind and cheerful. We really don’t have anything negative to say, it was just perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Polly. All the equipment we needed was there. Renzo and Wilma are very kind. On the day of arrival they prepared a meal for us. Everything was perfect!
