PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Casa Magica is a charming holiday house with private pool in Le Marche region and rises on top of a hill in San Lorenzo in Campo, where you can enjoy a breathtaking view over the surrounding valley. The property consists of two completely independent units, one of which belongs to the owner who lives there alone. He’s a very discreet and friendly person always ready to welcome his guests. There is a swimming pool with hydromassage area for private use and a garden equipped with tables and chairs for al fresco dining.
The property is on one level and four steps lead to the main entrance. At the entrance there is a living room with TV area where you can admire a vintage Lambretta and a large kitchen area with double sofa bed. A door separates from the sleeping area consisting of a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and washing machine, a double bedroom communicating with a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. Guests have access to a small porch with kitchenette and table for al fresco dining in the pool area.

During the summer there’re lots of events, many of them dedicated to local products, food & drinks. By the end of June there’s the culinary event Grigliato e Mangiato, dedicated to grilled meat with live music and entertainment for kids! Sports lovers cannot miss the great challenge Torneo di Rioni in July, whereas the month of August is very rich in events such as the International Lyric Prize Mario Tiberini, followed by the food festival Crescia co le Foje, all the way to the most anticipated event Pizza in Piazza. One of the most famous event is the Castagnolo Festival during Easter time.
Heerlijk ruime keuken, ruime slaapkamers en alles was schoon. Claudio de eigenaar was niets teveel, een pareltje! Zwembad schoon en met mooi uitzicht op het dorp. Fijne veranda en alles verder aanwezig.
Mooi verblijf, mooie omgeving, veel te doen in de buurt, signore Claudio & DH Villas zijn altijd behulpzaam! Gebruik gemaakt van de chef aan huis service wat ook erg lekker was! Absolute aanrader.
Wij hebben een week doorgebracht in Casa Magica en het erg naar ons zin gehad. De omgeving is erg rustig, je komt helemaal tot rust. De eigenaar liet ons bij inchecken alles zien en was erg aardig. De inrichting van het huisje is echt Italiaans en van alle gemakken voorzien. Wat meer sfeerverlichting was wel leuk geweest, maar verder was alles in tiptop in orde. De eigenaar heeft op de laatste dag zelfs nog onze huurauto’s schoon gespoten met de hoge druk spuit, erg aardig en super fijn! Oh en wat ook te gek was, is zodra het donker wordt er op veel plekken vuurvliegjes te zien zijn, echt magisch dus!
