Casa Eugenia 10

Le Marche

 / Pesaro

PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – The English writer Oscar Wilde believed that becoming a work of art was the purpose of life (“To become a work of art is the object of living”) and staying in this villa will allow you to get closer to this vision. Located between the San Bartolo Natural Park and the Fiorenzuola di Focara beach, there is Casa Eugenia, an elegant residence with swimming pool immersed in a surprising landscape, full of olive trees and ornamental plants. The property is located a few kilometres from Pesaro, the 2024 Capital City of Italian Culture which offers a vast variety of services and activities capable of satisfying every request. It is also perfect for those who want to discover the area and easily reach the main beauties of two different regions: Marche and Emilia Romagna. The villa is decorated like an art gallery, with unique and designer pieces. Expertly blended together, paintings of considerable prestige and size are displayed in a bright and elegant environment. The wooden beams are the common thread of the various rooms where large sofas and contemporary lighting transmit a warm and welcoming atmosphere. At a short distance from the villa there is the dependance, stylishly and carefully decorated like the rest of the house. Along a charming avenue surrounded by olive trees, not even 20 meters from the structure, there is a panoramic swimming pool perfect for relaxing in the sun. A well-equipped covered porch is also available to the guests. This property is spread over approximately 400 square meters and offers various outdoor areas and relaxation corners located in strategic places, overlooking the sea or protected by majestic oak trees. To eat outdoors and enjoy this splendid landscape with a 360° view, the property has also a beautiful veranda. The estate is fully fenced-in.

The villa is structured on two levels. The ground floor is characterized by a ceiling with exposed wooden beams. Here is located the living area with lounge, dining room with large windows which lead directly to the external pergola, TV area with fireplace and reading area. The level is completed by a kitchen equipped with professional burners and a service bathroom. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor consisting of two double bedrooms (one with an added third bed) and a twin bedroom with joinable beds; each room has a private bathroom with shower. On this floor there is a splendid terrace with a panoramic view. The dependance is located about 15 meters from the main body and is composed of a double bedroom with divisible bed and an added third bed, a bathroom with shower. All rooms have air conditioning and mosquito nets. Two single beds can be added, one in the main body in one of the double bedrooms and one in the dependance.

* Maximum 1 pet allowed in the dependance

For children, in mid-June there is the White Midnight (la Mezzanotte Bianca) with games, shows and fun. Pesaro is also home to the Adriatic Arena and an exhibition center for concerts, conferences and conventions. Of great interest for visitors the local street markets and fairs, such as the fair of St. Nicola in September, the Port festival on the first Sunday of July and the Antiques market held every third Sunday of the month.
