PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Casa Emanuela is a lovely private villa with pool in Le Marche, that was renovated in comfortable and functional style. Set in a dominant position with an extraordinary open view over the wonderful countryside of Le Marche, this accommodation is perfect for holidays with family or friends in a spirit of total relaxation and simplicity, among breathtaking sceneries and close to important historic centres such as the city of Urbino. At the guests’disposal an outdoor kitchen with sink and barbecue, a well equipped porch with tables, chairs and sofas for al fresco dinners. The large garden is completed by a panoramic salt water pool with Roman stairs.
The structure is set on two levels. On the ground floor there is a practical kitchen with dining area, a wide living room with double sofa bed, two double bedrooms, one with the possibility to add bunk beds, bathroom with shower. Through internal stairs you access the lower floor with double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and laundry area.

Fermignano plays host to several events every year, most notably the Palio of the Frog, a historical tournament dating back to XVII century and taking place on the first Sunday after Easter. Frogs are the undisputed stars of the festival and have to face a run of about 170 metres aboard a wheelbarrow guided by a knight. The race is preceeded by a parade with local people wearing beautiful costumes. During the event there are also markets, street performers, firework displays and tastings of typical products. By the end of the summer, on the first Sunday of September the Grand Prix of 19th century Penny Farthing takes place. Because of its uniqueness, this event is known throughout Italy and abroad. It is a race between 7 town districts that compete along a 3 km path riding beautiful old bicycles. In addition to the race, the town is enlivened by shows, exhibitions, parades, food stands and markets.
The owner was very helpful had 2 times problem with the heating and clogged drain after calling was after 5 minutes there. Pool was done almost every day, the views stunning and a top location. Region is top notch. The wood-fired central heating is very pleasant. The garden is really lovely.
We really enjoyed the Casa Emanuela. The house and the garden with the pool made it hard to leave and explore the area! It was nice to have our meals outside on the terrace and Antonio even provided insect repellent to make eating outise more enjoyable. The well stocked kitchen and barbecue made it easy to prepare family meals.
We had a wonderful holiday. the house and pool were excellent, the contact with the owner was nice. the information on the website does not do justice to the splendor of the vue on the lansdcape from the garden.
Casa Emanuela is a beautiful property with a fabulous pool and magnificent views. The hosts were very helpful and friendly and they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The villa itself is very comfortable and well furnished, a real home from home. There are plenty of beautiful sights to visit locally and plenty of restaurants and shops available nearby. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay on for longer.
We would definitely be interested in a return visit in the near future.
Our holiday here has been wonderful! The house is spacious, very clean and has everything we need. Spending time by the pool and enjoying the views while eating al fresco has been a delight! We are sad to leave but hope to return for another holiday here – it is truly a beautiful place! The owner was a fantastic person to deal with.
