PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Casa Commenda is a charming private villa with swimming pool in Le Marche region located in Mogliano, an ancient village halfway between the Sibillini Mountains and the Adriatic coast. Obtained from the renovation of a country house, it maintains the typical features of the previous rural building that blend perfectly with the minimal but welcoming and bright interiors. The villa is surrounded by a large and well-kept garden, where you can enjoy the view over the Sibillini Mountains. Guests can benefit of a swimming pool with Roman steps and equipped spaces, ideal to spend relaxing moment enjoying the panorama.
The villa is divided into three floors. The ground floor consists of a spacious kitchen with dining area, sitting room, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and laundry area. On the first floor there is a relaxation area, two double bedrooms, one with ensuite shower bathroom and bathroom with shower. Upstairs in the attic floor there is a double bedroom with toilet.
