PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Casa Betty is a small private villa with pool in Umbria, located in the vicinity of Bettona, one of the many charming towns of the region and also mentioned in the list of the most stunning villages in Italy. From the villa you can enjoy the panoramic view over the Umbrian valley, from Assisi to Perugia. This vacation house is perfect for tourists seeking for simple and calm holidays. At the same time, it is a great starting point to visit the main centres of the wonderful Umbria. The property is surrounded by Mediterranean woodlands and offers its guests a lovely pool and a comfortable porch to relax.
The property is on two levels. On the ground floor there’s a wide kitchen with dining area and sitting room with fireplace, two double bedrooms, a bedroom with bunk beds, a bathroom with sink, shower and washing machine, a toilet. From the sitting room you go down to the basement composed of a wide living room with fireplace and chair bed, bathroom with shower. Guests can benefit of an outdoor shower with hot water and a small toilet.

Bettona is rich in traditions and throughout the year there are lots of shows and events! The Patronal feast of St. Crispolto on May the 12th is among the main events and includes the fair devoted to the Saint. In the months of May and June local wineries open to visitors, who can taste the wine of the Etruscan hills. During Easter there are some really evocative celebrations, whereas the classic infiorata is organised for the feast of Corpus Christi. The International Horse Festival and the Festival of Sports in the first half of July are probably the most anticipated appointments. During July and August evenings are enlivened by the event Bettona under the stars with dances, music, theatre and poetry. In the first week of August the Festival of the Roasted Goose takes place, with different tastings of dishes based on goose meat. On the 8th of September people celebrate the Madonna del Ponte and in November the olive oil mills open and offer their natural products. Finally in December the small streets of the town become the setting to an extraordinary living Nativity.
Abbiamo goduto di questa location tra fine agosto e inizio settembre. La villa sorge su un altura sopra il piccolo borgo di Bettona a circa 700 metri sul mare. Baricentrica rispetto a Perugia, Assisi, Foligno ci ha permesso di vivere escursioni enogastronomiche e culturali; mattina gita, pomeriggio piscina, serva barbecue. La piscina è impagabile, ottima attrezzatura. Pranzavamo sempre sotto il patio della piscina appunto. La casa è ben pulita e pur offrendo due docce, abbiamo sempre utilizzato quella della piscina
che fornisce acqua calda. Comode le stanze. Andrebbe aggiornata qualche dotazione della cucina.
I proprietari gentilissimi ci hanno accolto con un dolce enorme di mele e una bottiglia di vino bianco in fresco e bibite. Antonello pulisce la piscina due volte a settimana. Venendo da una estate problematica a causa Covid abbiamo goduto di tanta serenitÃ
Casa Betty è la soluzione ideale per poter trascorrere i giorni di vacanza nella massima tranquillità , ma con la possibilità di visitare Borghi meravigliosi come Bevagna, Spello, Assisi e tanti altri.
La casa ha tutto per trascorrere nella massima comodità le giornate, compresa una splendida e comodissima piscina esclusivamente ad uso degli ospiti della casa.
I proprietari sono simpaticissimi,gentili, premurosi è sempre disponibili, ma sempre nel massimo rispetto della privacy.
Soluzione per vacanze estive e invernali ampiamente raccomandata.
Wer Folgendes sucht: ruhige Lage, mitten in der Natur, keine nervigen Nachbarn, einen sehr schönen und sauberen Pool, freundlichen, unaufgeregten Service, der alle paar Tage vorbeikommt und nach dem rechten sieht, ein schönes Haus und ein mittelalterliches Städtchen um die Ecke, ist hier genau richtig. Für uns war es ein klasse Urlaub!
