PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Apartment Demetra is an apartment near the beach located in the ancient and picturesque area of the church of Santa Maria la Nova, at a short distance to the historic centre of Scicli. It rises upland, on top of a staircase giving an unforgettable view over the surrounding landscape. Thanks to its position, guests can even walk on foot or easily reach the other tourist sights of the southern coast of Sicily. A terrace equipped with tables and chairs for al fresco dining is available. A laundry area is available and shared with the neighboring apartment.
Layout
The apartment is on three levels. On the ground floor there’s an elegant living room and a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. On the first floor there’s a second double bedroom with balcony, equipped with walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there’s a bright kitchen facing a terrace. It is possible to add a single bed (folding bed) for a child.
