PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Apartment Timo is a seaside apartment located at 50 m from the sandy beach and seafront of Donnalucata. It is located in a well-served and peaceful area, despite being within walking distance to the city centre, restaurants and nightclubs. Its favourable position allows to easily travel by car and visit the baroque cities of the province such as Ragusa Ibla, Modica and Scicli as well as the seaside resorts of the Iblean coast including Marina di Ragusa, Sampieri and Cava d’Aliga. At about 20 km there are the golf courses of the Donnafugata Resort & Spa. The apartment has antique furniture combined with modern and linear elements, matching with the old-fashioned floors. There is a partially shaded inner courtyard furnished with table and chairs, with a comfortable washbasin and a small built-in porch. Guests can benefit of a large jacuzzi.

The apartment is composed of a living room with sofa bed, a kitchen with direct exit to the courtyard and a bathroom with shower. The sleeping area consists of three double bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom with shower.

Events

Donnalucata is located in the province of Ragusa and is the most densely populated hamlet of Scicli. One of the most renowned events is the Festival dedicated to St. Joseph, patron saint of Donnalucata. The key moment of this event is the ‘Cavalcata‘, a very colorful parade of completely harnessed horses. It is also worth mentioning the Festival of Cuttlefish, with typical menus cooked according to the traditional recipes of local sailors.
