ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES – Apartment San Pietro is an apartment with pool in Le Marche region located in Arcevia, a town surrounded by nature just a few km from the renowned Frasassi Caves and the Velvet Beach of Senigallia. The accommodation is part of a finely renovated farmhouse consisting of 6 apartments. Inside the balanced mix of modern and classic style with the recovery of antique family furniture and paintings gives charm and a cozy atmosphere. Guests can benefit of a well-kept garden, swimming pool with solarium and gazebo, Jacuzzi and many outdoor areas equipped for al fresco dining and relaxing. Food and wine lovers will also have the opportunity to experience the typical local products, especially the extra virgin olive oil produced on site by the owners. Moreover, it will also be possible for the guests to attend the various olive oil production phases.
Independent studio located on the ground floor with panoramic terrace for exclusive use. It is composed of kitchen, dining table, double sofa bed, double bed and bathroom with shower. In common use with the other guests of the country house there is a laundry room with washing machine and iron.

Arcevia is a charming borgo immersed in the green landscape of Le Marche hinterland, in the province of Ancona. The main attraction of this town are the nine four-fifteenth-century style castles, mostly well preserved, which offer amazing panoramic views. One of the best preserved castles is the Loretello Castle, with its majestic access bridge. Precious works are preserved in the baroque collegiate church of San Medardo, in the cultural center of San Francesco which houses the Archaeological Museum of Arcevia and in the Church of Sant’Agata. At about 15 km there is the complex of the Frasassi Caves, a fascinating sight of stalagmites and stalactites that have become over time real architectural masterpieces. There are many cultural events taking place in the historic center and in the various castles, including Arcevia Jazz Festival in July and August and Arcevia International Art Festival from August to September. During the last weekend of September there’s the traditional Grape Festival, while in the second weekend of November the Autumn Festival takes place inside the Piticchio Castle.
