STRUTTURA RICETTIVA – Villa Adriana è una villa privata con piscina in Umbria ed è ubicata nel borgo di Valtopina, nella vallata ai piedi del monte Subasio. La villa è ubicata in posizione dominante e permette di raggiungere facilmente il centro di Foligno, una delle principali città umbre caratterizzata da un connubio tra arte, storia e cultura che si può ammirare passeggiando tra le vie. Altre città da includere nell’itinerario di soggiorno sono Gubbio, Assisi, Perugia e Spoleto. La villa, costruita interamente in mattoncini di pietra, è circondata da una natura incontaminata che permette di trascorrere una vacanza all’insegna del relax e della tranquillità della campagna umbra. La zona caratterizzata da sentieri e percorsi immersi nel verde, rappresenta una meta perfetta per tutti gli appassionati di escursionismo e mountain bike. A disposizione degli ospiti una piscina ad uso esclusivo con rivestimento a mosaico e ingresso a scala romana che garantisce sicurezza e comfort anche per i più piccoli, una Jacuzzi, zona relax esterna con divanetti, porticato con tavoli e sedie, barbecue per piacevoli grigliate estive. La proprietà è interamente recintata.
La villa è disposta su due piani. Il piano terra comprende una cucina, un bagno con doccia, un ampio salone con zona pranzo e divano letto da cui si può accedere tramite porta-finestra a due porticati, uno anteriore alla villa con tavoli e sedie per mangiare all’aperto e uno posteriore dotato di Jacuzzi. Tramite scala interna si accede al primo piano dove si trovano tre camere matrimoniali, una camera con letto a castello ed un bagno con doccia e vasca idromassaggio.

Il Palio di San Bernardino rientra sicuramente tra gli eventi imperdibili di Valtopina. Ogni anno, tra il 29 Giugno e 3 Luglio, ha luogo questa manifestazione storica di carattere medievale caratterizzata da botteghe artigiane, mercatini, cortei storici e gare tra contrade in un’atmosfera di musica e festa. Per gli appassionati di tessuti e ricami, nel mese di Settembre, espositori italiani e stranieri si recano a Valtopina per mostrare le loro creazioni nella Mostra del Ricamo a Mano e del Tessile. Durante l’evento sarà possibile partecipare a convegni, mostre, presentazioni di libri ma anche laboratori dedicati ai più piccoli. Situato ai piedi del monte Subasio, il borgo di Valtopina rappresenta il punto di partenza per molteplici percorsi di escursionismo immersi nella natura. A partire da Valtopina sarà possibile raggiungere alcune tra le città più caratteristiche dell’Umbria come Nocera Umbra, Spello, Assisi e Foligno.
Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa und haben insbesondere die Außenterasse mit dem Pool und dem Whirlpool gerne genutzt.
In der Umgebung kann man mit dem Auto schöne Ausflüge nach Spello, Assisi und Perugia machen. Lediglich die Sauberkeit war verbesserungsbedürftig, was aber auch daran lag, dass das Haus schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist.

Stayed at Villa Adriana this summer. The Villa was great and the pool was just right to cool off on the very hot days we were lucky to enjoy. Francesco was one of the nicest hosts you could wish to meet! I forgot my laptop charger and Francesco even went TWICE to find me one in the nearest computer supply store – over and above what i would have expected. When we got to the Villa Francesco met us and showed us around and also gave us a welcome pack of coffee, milk, water, orange juice, preserves and biscuits !! The kitchen was more than stocked with crockery and pans etc – also a wide range of other cooking ingredients and sauces in there! Bedrooms were very clean and peaceful! We did enjoy the very big TV screen and watched movies some evenings when we eventually came back inside from sitting outside. All in All – a very good and relaxing time was had and was made better by the caring and friendly Francesco!! Thank you 🙂

Die Aussicht ist einfach unglaublich. Wer Ruhe & Erholung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Natur pur, kleine Eidechsen, die herumflitzen oder sich in der Sonne aalen, Singvögel & sogar eine Ringelnatter konnten wir beobachten. Der Pool ist mit das Highlight, wir haben ihn ausgiebig genutzt. Viel Platz für unseren Hund & absolut “ausbruchsicher”. Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub, sehr zu empfehlen. Man produziert erdchreckend viel Müll, da Italien kein Pfandsystem hat & viele Sachen unnütz eingepackt sind, u.a.Bananen oder Gurken nochmal extra in Folie…

Es freut uns sehr zu hören, dass Ihnen der atemberaubende Ausblick, die ruhige Atmosphäre und die umliegende Natur so gut gefallen haben – es ist immer schön zu wissen, dass unsere Gäste bei uns wirklich entspannen und die Natur genießen können. Auch dass Ihr Hund viel sicheren Freiraum hatte und Sie den Pool ausgiebig nutzen konnten, freut uns sehr.
Zu Ihrem Hinweis bezüglich der Verpackungsabfälle – wir verstehen Ihre Bedenken vollkommen. Das italienische Recyclingsystem basiert stark auf Mülltrennung anstelle eines Pfandsystems, und leider ist übermäßige Verpackung, besonders bei Obst und Gemüse, in manchen Supermärkten noch üblich. Wir empfehlen unseren Gästen stets, lokale Märkte zu besuchen, wo viele Produkte unverpackt angeboten werden. Auch wir selbst arbeiten kontinuierlich daran, die Umweltbelastung auf unserem Anwesen zu reduzieren.

Fantastisk boende för en lugn semester bort från stress. Poolområdets utsikt över grönska och Valtopinas dalgång gjorde att det var svårt att lämna efter veckan. Bil är ett måste för att ta sig runt i området.
